Shipping policy

See product pages for shipping details. Standard shipping transit time varies. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Effective January 1, 2021: Shipping and delivery services are only available to the contiguous U.S., with the following exclusions: Connecticut, Rhode Island, Alaska and Hawaii.

White Glove standard service does not include removal of existing mattress but may be added for an additional fee.  Due to mandated restrictions, we are unable to offer in-home set ups in some cities and states.
